and defining detailed methodologies to be adopted by these Centers.

Defining the detailed functionality of the software
applications to be implemented including the functions, integration,
reporting and security.

Setting the detailed technical requirement for
the hardware needed, including: services, workstations and peripherals.

Designing the Computer Networks LAN / WAN, including
topologies, protocols and technology to be adopted, along with setting
the technical specifications for the items needed.

Preparing detailed tender documents covering the:
functional, technical, contractual and financial aspects.

Defining the needed Technical / Financial Evaluation
Criteria's and mechanism's to be adopted during the process of evaluating
proposals.

Participating in the process of proposals evaluation.

Participating in the process of Awarding the Computerization
Projects.
-
Preparing the Awarding Agreements.
