Objective:
To conduct a number of IT/EDP Auditing programs, through which the IT/EDP
Projects and elements will be fully reviewed and audited from a technical,
functional and financial point of view.
Auditing Scope:

Audit Program for IT Purchases (APP):
Which guarantees all IT Purchases to be audited and revised, in terms
of:

Proper definition of requirements.
- Appropriate design
of tender documents to reflect the objective requirements.
- Accurate proposal's
evaluation, according to a defined methodology.
- Clear criteria
when awarding and selecting vendors.
- Successful performance
of the Implementation.
- Correct clearance
of vendor's invoices.

Audit Program for Implemented Projects (APIP):
The consultant's roll at this stage is to ensure meeting the defined
requirements by properly reviewing and auditing of the IT Implemented
Projects from a technical and functional point of view.

Audit Program for the Projects To be Implemented
(APPI):
Through which all defined requirement and tender documents will be
reviewed and audited:
- To
make sure that such requirement and tender documents reflect the
actual existing and future needs of the organization.

To make sure
that such requirements and tender documents comply with the
international standards and satisfy the objective.
Competencies:
The organization guarantees the suitability of the IT elements and projects
implemented.
