Objective:

To help the organization in reengineering and improving, the existing functions & processes to meet the specified requirements needed for changing to an e-Organization.

Methodology:

  1. Defining the necessary strategies, to successfully implement
    an e-Project.
  2. Conducting a detailed Business Process Mapping and Design for the Exiting "AS IS "Processes.
  3. Defining the changes, which must be adopted to develop and improve the existing processes to map and meet the requirement of the
    e-Project. This is done through conducting a complete BPR for all related functions and processes using international BPR tools and methodologies.
  4. Defining the changes, which must be imposed - if needed / if possible - on the existing regulations to meet the requirements of the e-Project.
  5. Studying the Existing Computerization infrastructure, including: software, hardware, networking, database, tools… etc. and defining the changes which must be adopted to cater the existing computerization, if possible, to meet the requirement of the e-Project.
  6. Defining the changes, updates, upgrades… etc. that must be performed on the existing IT Infrastructure to meet the requirements of the e-Project.
  7. Defining the migration path, methodology and approach to change from the existing processes to the suggested e-Processes.
  8. Preparing the needed detailed tender documents, evaluating the proposals and selecting the suppliers.
  9. Project management and Supervision of the implementation of the e-Project.
