e-Project. This is done through conducting a complete BPR for all related functions and processes using international BPR tools and methodologies.

Defining the changes, which must be imposed - if needed / if possible - on the existing regulations to meet the requirements of the e-Project.

Studying the Existing Computerization infrastructure, including: software, hardware, networking, database, tools… etc. and defining the changes which must be adopted to cater the existing computerization, if possible, to meet the requirement of the e-Project.

Defining the changes, updates, upgrades… etc. that must be performed on the existing IT Infrastructure to meet the requirements of the e-Project.

Defining the migration path, methodology and approach to change from the existing processes to the suggested e-Processes.

Preparing the needed detailed tender documents, evaluating the proposals and selecting the suppliers.

Project management and Supervision of the implementation of the e-Project.
