Human Resources Management Systems and Solutions
Objective:
To provide the organization with a proper human resources management
consulting service's and to enhance, and develop their currently used
systems (Manual/Computerized), which guarantees the improvement of employees
performance and efficiency. Where the focus will be on building an organizational
structure that reflects the communication channels between departments,
by the determination of responsibilities and authorities through.
Methodology:

Data Collection:
In this stage our consultant collect the appropriate data that secures
the needed information about:
- Employees' responsibilities,
authorities, and the communication channels between different
job titles and departments. This will be done through preparing
a Job description questionnaire applicable to the organizations'
type of industry, along with conducting personal and first hand
meetings with the employees.
- The internal
HR system (If exists)
- The employee's
hiring, evaluation, training, promotions, and termination

Data analysis:
Our consultants will analyze the data collected, in order to establish
an organizational structure that represents the interrelation between
job titles and departments.

Organizational structure approval:
The organization's top management will be responsible for approving
the new organizational structure, through a series of meetings, workshops
and discussions.

The Preparation of the human resources manuals:
At this stage three manuals will be submitted to the client:
- A Human Resources
Manual: which contains information about the internal company
system, and the policies and procedures required to hire, evaluate,
train, promote, …etc.
- A Job Description
Manual: which contains the job description for each job title.
- Form's Manual:
which contains forms required to implement the previous two manuals.

System implementation:
Our consultants will assist the organization in and during the implementation
of the entire system.

A succession plan and career path will be part of the deliverables.

A system for the organization salary scale will be established.
