Organizational Restructuring

Objective:
To assist the organization in restructuring and redesigning its existing
organizational structure, functions, process maps, procedures, and responsibilities
related to the organization, whether due to a strategic
change or the adoption of an E-model.

- Organizational
structure
- Functions
- Processes &
procedures
- Job descriptions
- Analyzing the existing
model and comparing it with the valid organizational needs due to, either,
the conversion into an E-organization or conducting a strategic change
on the organizational level.
- Establishing a new
model containing the new organizational structure and functions of each
department.
- Delivering a complete
restructured model, with job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) manual's, process maps, procedures, and forms.
