" To Develop a process-driven Orgnizational Structure "

Objective:

To assist the organization in restructuring and redesigning its existing organizational structure, functions, process maps, procedures, and responsibilities related to the organization, whether due to a strategic
change or the adoption of an E-model.

Methodology:

  1. Studying the existing Process, "AS IS Model":
    • Organizational structure
    • Functions
    • Processes & procedures
    • Job descriptions
  2. Analyzing the existing model and comparing it with the valid organizational needs due to, either, the conversion into an E-organization or conducting a strategic change on the organizational level.
  3. Establishing a new model containing the new organizational structure and functions of each department.
  4. Delivering a complete restructured model, with job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) manual's, process maps, procedures, and forms.
