The ITC-International Projects are unique in nature, however due to our well rounded and experienced consultants; we were able to indulge in a variety of projects, from specialized political governmental institutes to economy institutes, which rely on the ever-changing day-to-day global economic events. Naturally the list goes on.. and we are proud to mention the great impact of our services had on the E-Government initiatives in: Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar. Please allow us to give you a glimpse at some of our projects in the region, bellow you will find a number of our projects along with a few words on what was performed by the ITC-International:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs - UAE
The MOFA was the first ministry in the UAE to conduct a complete Business Process Reengineering and Restructuring. The project covered the complete operation from ministry, embassies and consulates. Including developing a well-defined / Process-oriented organizational structres conducting full BPR, developing detailed SOPs, defining well-structured HR Model, along with preparing their system to achieve ISO certification.

The General Pension and Social Security Authority - UAE
The GPSSA was the first Federal organization in the UAE to move towards converting to an E-Federal organization. The project covered a complete Business Process Reengineering and Restructuring, preparing an e-model and creating a computerization master planing at converting all the authority into an e-Authority.

The Department of Economy - Abu Dhabi
ITC has built a complete business model that entitled the department to perform its commitments towards the investors by issuing the economy indicators for Abu-Dhabi, on November of 2002. This was the first phase in the implementation of the business model developed by ITC-International. Where the DOE completed the entire Business Process Reengineering and Restructuring phase, in addition to a comprehensive e-model.

Abu Dhabi Airport Catering & Duty Free - UAE
The ADDF has contracted ITC to conduct a BPR study for it's full services in order to be transformed from a departmental organization into a process-oriented organization. The " TO BE " business model is expected to provide the best of service model, which in turn will assist the ADDF to insure its role as a key player in its competitive industry.

The Department of Economic Development - Dubai
The DED was the first department in Dubai to conduct a complete BPR, restructuring, and to convert and launch more than forty-five main and sub e-services to the public. The services provided by ITC for this particular project were as follows: BPR, e-model, IT-Auditing, Master Plan with a comprehensive supervision on the implementation.

The Department of Civil Aviation - Dubai
The DCA- Dubai has benefited from the IT/EDP auditing results to better guide the IT process. In addition to auditing the existing and running projects at Dubai International Airport.

The Department of Land & Property - Dubai
The L&PD- Dubai has benefited from the IT/EDP auditing results to better guide the IT process. In addition to auditing the existing and running projects at the Department.

The Duty Free - Dubai
The DDF- Dubai has benefited from the IT/EDP auditing results to better guide the IT process. In addition to audit the existing and running projects implemented and used by Dubai Duty free managment & shops.

The Ministry of Interior - Qatar
The MOI- Qatar was the first ministry in Qatar to conduct a complete BPR, Restructuring, Master Plan for converting into an E-Government, which enabled the ministry to launch its first e-Services to the Public.

The Social Security Corporation - Jordan
The SSC one of the leading public organizations in Jordan has selected ITC to conduct a complete study in order to provide the pensioners a better service, in addition to preserving the rights of the contributors by implementing a highly specialized and well-defined MIS & DMS solutions.
